Zsela Thompson is best known as Tessa Thompson’s half-sister. She is an actress best known for her work on Veronica Mars as Jackie Cook and as Bianca in the film Creed. Zsela went on to play Valkyrie in Thor: Ragnarok and Agent M in Men in Black: International. She also appeared in For Colored Girls, Dear White People, and Westworld.

Zsela’s father is the black singer-songwriter Marc Anthony Thompson, who founded the musical collective Chocolate Genius, Inc.Her mother is of Mexican and European descent.
Thompson went to Santa Monica High School, where she played Hermia in a student production of A Midsummer Night’s Dream, and Santa Monica College (SMC), where she majored in cultural anthropology. She also attended lectures by Lisa Wolpe of the Los Angeles Women’s Shakespeare Company while at SMC (LAWSC).
