Politician Nadhim Zahawi, 55, has served in a number of ministerial capacities under several prime ministers, including Theresa May, Liz Truss, Boris Johnson, and Rishi Sunak.
The politician, who was born in Iraq, has had a distinguished political career. In the 1970s, Zahawi fled Saddam Hussein’s terrible regime in Iraq and immigrated to Britain as a Kurdish refugee.
By starting the polling firm YouGov in a hut in his backyard and building up a portfolio of £100 million houses, he made a fortune.
He last held the positions of Conservative Party Chairman and Minister without Portfolio from October 25, 2022, until his dismissal by Sunak on January 29, 2023, for neglecting to reveal an investigation into his tax issues.

The 55-year-old was previously the Cabinet’s minister of education and vaccination distribution.
He became Chancellor twelve years after beginning his political career as a Tory MP.
But he is currently in the political wilderness as a result of a stunning political collapse brought on by a contentious disagreement about his tax troubles.
