Chef Robbie Jester runs an Italian restaurant in Delaware

Chef Robbie Jester began working at his family’s restaurant at the age of 12. He finished his education after high school and graduated with honors from the Culinary Institute of America. He then worked at well-known restaurants in his hometown before returning as Chef de Cuisine or Head Chef to his family’s restaurant.

Chef Robbie started as a sous chef at Dan Butler’s flagship restaurant, Toscana Kitchen and Bar, in 2008 and quickly rose to Executive Chef. He oversaw the transformation of Toscana Kitchen and Bar into Piccolina Toscana while working at Toscana.

He was also employed by Toscana To Go and Toscana Catering. Chef Jester’s work has appeared in Delaware Today Magazine, Brandywine Signature Magazine, Out and About, and the News Journal, and he was named Best Chef Upstate Delaware in 2017, 2018, and 2019.

The Delaware Restaurant Association named Robbie a Rising Star, and the Delaware Business Times named him one of the top 40 leaders under 40. Robbie Jester is a household name when it comes to culinary reality TV shows. In November 2015, Chef Robbie appeared on Guy’s Grocery Games on the Food Network.

He lost his first appearance in the competition, but he won it again after being summoned in a redemption episode in 2016. In addition, he defeated chef Bobby Flay on his show. Bobby Flay was beaten by his incredible Shrimp Scampi recipe.

Robbie worked as a partner and cook at Great Big Jerk, a defunct restaurant that served authentic street Jerk chicken. He was also a chef and partner at Full Circle Food, a weekly meal delivery service in Delaware, Pennsylvania, and Maryland. He currently owns and operates the Italian restaurant Pizzeria Mariana in Newark, Delaware.

Robbie Jester is getting ready to show off his culinary skills and cooking abilities on Netflix’s upcoming show Pressure Cooker. Pressure Cooker is a one-of-a-kind culinary reality show featuring 11 professional chefs. They will not only have to create wonderful dishes and demonstrate their best skills, but they will also have to evaluate each other because there will be no famous chefs to do so.

Furthermore, unlike any other reality show, Pressure Cooker will feature a ticket printer that will inform competitors about the jobs and provide them with additional instructions. To remain on the program, candidates will be responsible for both cooking their best and making contacts. The show will debut on Netflix on January 6, 2023, at 3:01 a.m. ET.
