During his time in school, he was recognized as Class AAAA’s Defensive Player of the Year and first-team All-State.
Damar was recruited by multiple renowned college football programs after graduating from Central Catholic because he was regarded as a top cornerback.
He later enrolled in the University of Pittsburgh and became a member of the Pittsburgh Panthers’ NCAA football team.
Damar Hamlin, who was born on March 24, 1998, is an Aries and is currently 25 years old.

The paramedics and team trainers hurried over to a still Damar. He was put on a stretcher and taken away in an ambulance that arrived on the scene.
Most of the players from both teams left the sidelines and gathered around Damar to stand or kneel.
The football player on the pitch received 10 minutes of defibrillation and CPR from emergency personnel.
Around 9:25 p.m. EST, emergency personnel carried him to the University of Cincinnati Academic Health Center after providing him with oxygen, intubation, and an intravenous (IV) solution.
Damar suffered a heart arrest and is in severe condition. Following the collapse, several NFL players, clubs, and supporters posted on social media to express their support and prayers.
LeBron James, Tee Higgins, Ja’Marr Chase, James Franklin, and others sent their well wishes to Damar and his family.
Outside the University of Cincinnati Academic Health Center, where he was detained after collapsing, supporters gathered. In tribute to Damar, the Paycor Stadium’s lights were turned blue.
