Rapper Tsu Surf was taken into custody on RICO-related allegations on October 13 in New Jersey.

According to Fox 5 New York, Surf was captured by the US Marshals Service New York/New Jersey Fugitive Task Force around 1.30 p.m. He was booked into Newark, New Jersey’s Essex County Jail, where he is still being held.
