After the two were seen hanging out together in NYC, romance rumors about Trevor Noah and Dua Lipa began to circulate. On Wednesday night, September 28 in New York City, the singer, age 27, and the comedian, age 38, were spotted dining together at Miss Lily’s in the East Village. The pair also hugged each other during the night out, according to images obtained by Daily Mail.
Whether Dua and Trevor were on a friendly outing is unknown. The Daily Mail reported by an eyewitness, “They were discretely seated outside of the main dining area.
They sat closely together during the meal, making it obvious they were into each other. Together, they strolled away, pausing for extended embraces and, after the second kiss, hugs.”
As rumors of a budding romance between the two have been circulating on social media, pictures of the pair sharing an embrace and a kiss have gone viral.
The Don’t Stop Now singer Dua previously dated Gigi Hadid’s brother Anwar Hadid, but the two split up last year. Trevor reportedly called it quits with Minka Kelly earlier this year.
The comedian announced his departure from The Daily Show, which he had hosted for seven years, on the same day that he started romance rumors with Lipa.
Taking over for Jon Stewart in 2015, the 38-year-old has helmed the news and conversation program ever since. Noah has stated that the details of his leaving, including the date, would be made public later and that he will continue to serve as host in the interim.
