Life, Marriage, and Profession

Stephanie was born in New York but later relocated to Los Angeles to pursue a modeling career. She never made it big in the industry and eventually moved into more of a design role.

During her time in Los Angeles, she met Taylor; at their first meeting, he became very interested in her, and while she didn’t appreciate his advances at first, the two eventually connected.

Corey traveled a lot for work, but he was determined to keep their relationship going and flew back to her in 2008 when the two officially began their romance.

They were both fans of metal music, and she had tattoos all over her body and arms. Their wedding received some attention because, instead of traditional romantic songs, she walked down the aisle to Metallica’s “For Whom the Bell Tolls.” The couple was married for eight years before divorcing abruptly.

Corey Taylor, Ex-Husband

He got the idea for Slipknot after watching “Buck Rogers in the 25th Century” and “Halloween,” though he didn’t see himself in a band at the time.

Before being introduced to rock music, he became obsessed with horror themes and masks; two of his early musical influences were Black Sabbath and Elvis Presley.

Later, the family relocated to an old farmhouse, and as life became difficult, he became addicted to drugs, particularly cocaine.

His grandmother took care of him so that he could continue his education, and she supported his musical interests as long as he continued his education.

He later admitted that he became addicted to drugs as a result of sexual abuse inflicted on him by a friend who threatened to harm his mother.

Stone Sour, a hard rock band he founded in 1992, was formed. They released two demos in two years, which led to him being approached by Slipknot, who invited him to become the band’s lead vocalist.

He was the sixth member to join, but he chose the number eight to represent infinity. The band struggled at first, but a demo caught the attention of producers.

Taylor’s Achievement

After a few months, he had established himself as Slipknot’s permanent vocalist, and their self-titled debut album topped the Heatseekers chart.

It did well in the United States, establishing the as a promising metal band. They quickly released the albums “Iowa” and “Vol. 3: (Subliminal Verses),” both of which charted well on the Billboard Charts, followed by their next release, “All Hope Is Gone,” which charted at the top of the Billboard 200.

Taylor did not abandon his first band, Stone Sour, and returned to them while with Slipknot to work on a debut album, which also charted high on the Billboard 200.

Their second album, “Come What(ever) May,” was even more successful, reaching the fourth spot on the Billboard 200 chart. They released their third album, “Audio Secrecy,” in 2010.

Later in his career, he concentrated on working as a guest artist with other bands, including Apocalyptica, Steel Panther, and Code Orange.

He joined other bands to get a different creative outlet and to play songs that didn’t fit with his main bands.
