Sinoxolo obtained a Bachelor of Education (Education) from the University of the Free State as well as a Bachelor of Education (Honours) with a focus in History Education from the University of Cape Town.

Sinoxolo was born in Keiskammahoek, Eastern Cape, on December 11, 1994. He received an honors degree in education from the University of Cape Town. In the unincorporated settlement of Khayelitsha, Sinoxolo grew up.

During his matriculation year, he earned the fourth-highest grade in the subject of history. Sinoxolo excelled as a leader while earning a teaching bachelor’s degree from the University of the Free State in 2017.

In his hostel, Sinoxolo started a library, and today Jonathan Ball contributes books there frequently. He graduated from the University of South Africa School of Business Leadership with a degree in Young African Leaders Initiative Civic Leadership.
