Sienna Mae Gomez: Returning to BFFs Podcast After A Canceled Episode

Sienna Mae Gomez

Sienna Mae Gomez and Jack Wright, two popular TikTok stars, were best friends and allegedly in a relationship until they weren’t.

Childhood friends from the same high school joined the Hype House, one of TikTok’s oldest content houses.

They frequently posted videos of themselves dancing, embracing, and locking lips to the music of romantic songs.

Everything fell apart, however, when Wright’s friend made a video alleging that Gomez sexually and emotionally abused Wright.

There was a lot of back and forth between the two parties after that.

On January 21, Wright posted a 17-minute video to his YouTube channel detailing everything that happened between him and Gomez.

Mae responded to those allegations in a lengthy blog post titled ‘Sienna Mae Gomez: Reflections from an 18-Year-Old Me’ two days later.

She also apologized to her former friend in the blog post for making him feel “uncomfortable” during their relationship.

Wright responded by saying that while he appreciated her apology, she was “struggling to face the truth and the harmful choices she made.”

Sienna Mae Gomez Was Scheduled to Appear on the ‘BFFs’ Podcast

The BFFs podcast then teased netizens with a TikTok snippet of Gomez appearing on the BFFs podcast with Dave Portnoy and Josh Richards.

The video was later removed, but tiktokinsiders captured and reshared it on Instagram.

Fans expressed their outrage in the comments section at the BFFs podcast channel for giving Gomez a platform.

‘PUSHIN P WITH CHARLY JORDAN,’ Ep 63, Josh Richards, Dave Portnoy, Charly Jordan, and Brianna LaPaglia discussed the Gomez-Wright sexual assault case.

They also discussed why Gomez was no longer with them.

Portnoy recalled receiving a call on a Saturday about Gomez wanting to appear on their channel to share her side of the allegations and do an exclusive.

They later discovered that the TikTok star had canceled her appearance due to Michael Gruen.

According to Richards, Gomez’s decision may have been influenced by Gruen, who advised her not to participate in any podcasts.

The ‘BFFs’ Podcast Host Discusses Sexual Assault

The four hosts discussed the situation between Gomez and Wright after clarifying Gomez’s sudden absence from the podcast and explaining the deleted post.

Jordan believes Gomez sometimes gets carried away while conversing.

He went on to say that she “digs a bigger hole for herself,” and that some of her responses aggravated the situation.

They then addressed Wright’s 17-minute YouTube video, claiming that every story has two sides.

Jordan stated that she saw the video and could tell Wright was upset, which is not something a liar could express.

She found the video to be far more intense than she had anticipated.

But, unlike Jordan, Portnoy stated that he was not taking sides, but he did notice something.

Wright’s video, he said, had “a gazillion cuts like every two seconds.” Although he is unsure what it means, it reflected Wright’s stream of consciousness, or lack thereof.

But they all agreed that the sexual assault allegations were a “he said, she said” situation that should not have been made public on the internet.
