Former America’s Got Talent and The Voice contestant Nolan Neal passed away recently at the age of 41. Neal passed away on July 18, according to the medical examiner, and according to his cousin Dylan Seals, he was discovered dead in his Nashville residence. The plot is still in development, and more details will be forthcoming. His funeral plans remain undetermined.

Death Caused of Nolan Neal

Nolan Neal’s official cause of death has not yet been announced. As previously reported, he was discovered dead in his house, with some versions indicating that his roommate discovered his body.

On the desk next to Neal’s bed, officers uncovered a guitar case that appeared to be composed of powdery debris. However, it is unclear whether the powder caused his death.

In the meantime, his cousin Seals stated that he lived with him prior to the COVID-19 breakout and was sober at the time.

Neal has previously been forthright about his struggle with substance abuse. In a 2020 interview with WBIR, the singer disclosed that, while competing on The Voice, he was battling addiction.

He last commented on Facebook three days ago, promoting his upcoming performance at Hotel Indigo in Nashville.

The performance was supposed to take place on July 17 from 6 to 9 p.m. The event was free to attend, however, Neal later stated in the comments section that the concert was canceled for no apparent reason.

Nolan Neal reached the quarterfinals on the 15th season of America’s Got Talent. In addition, he gained notoriety during Season 10 of The Voice. After his participation in America’s Got Talent, his songs received roughly six million YouTube views.

One of his tracks reached the Billboard Top 40, and two more performed well on the iTunes chart. Son of professional musicians, he collaborated with Rob Cavallo, Steve Thompson, Desmond Child, and others.

With albums such as The Road to Now and The Wire, Neal soared to fame. In April of 2022, he posted a Facebook tribute to his work on the Love, Lies, and Therapy album by Saliva. His entire life was spent battling drug addiction.

In 2010, the musician disclosed to WIBR that he had treatment and became sober. Neal stated that he joined the rock band Hinder because their luxurious lifestyle influenced him.

He continued by stating that he was lying to himself about his ability to handle it while striving to be normal. Even though he was a well-known character, he lacked a Wikipedia article, hence his birth date and parents’ names are unknown.
