Marta Fitzgerald was born on December 10, 1960, in the United States. She has also not exposed her family history to the media. She has a journalism degree from the University of North Florida thus far.

Rush Limbaugh’s Unsatisfactory Married Life

Marta Fitzgerald is a widower at the age of sixty. She is a divorcee who previously married her late husband, Rush Limbaugh.

They married in a private ceremony on May 27, 1994. They married in front of Justice Clarence Thomas of the United States Supreme Court. They met in 1990 through the web service CompuServe. Rush’s was his third wedding, while Marta’s was her second.

However, after nearly a decade of marriage, the couple filed for divorce on June 11, 2004. And he was the one who announced their divorce on his radio show. In December 2004, their divorce was finalized.

They didn’t have any children together. Fitzgerald, on the other hand, is the father of two children from a prior marriage. The identity of her children’s father is still unknown.

Rush’s Extramarital Relationship

The marriage of Marta and Rush was the political commentator’s second divorce. He married Roxy Maxine McNeely at the age of 26. She worked as a sales secretary at radio station WHB in Kansas City.

On September 24, 1977, they married, but divorced on July 10, 1980, citing “incompatibility.” The following year, in 1983, Limbaugh married Michelle Sixta, a college student, and usherette, for the second time. The couple divorced in 1990.

He then remarried Marta in 1994, from whom he divorced in 2004. Rush began dating CNN news presenter Daryn Kagan in September of that year. Their romance ended in February 2006.

He was still married to his fourth wife, events planner Kathryn Adams Limbaugh, at the time of his death. Rush and Marta, who were 26 years apart in age, first met when Rush was still married to Marta. They married on June 5, 2010, in Palm Beach, Florida.

Rush passed away at the age of 70.

Limbaugh died on February 17, 2021, after receiving the Presidential Medal of Freedom from ex-President Donald Trump. He was seventy years old.
