Britney Spears’ apology to Justin Timberlake is sought after by fans

Joshua Pingley, an app user known as @yourbestfriendjoshua, a commenter on entertainment news, highlighted Timberlake’s TikTok comment that read, “You owe Britney Spears an apology,” in a video.

With over 12,000 likes, the comment received the most attention. Pingley added that given Timberlake’s past as an A-list celebrity, it was surprising that his video has not gone viral.

One internet user who left a remark on Pingley’s video said that he deleted numerous other comments criticizing Spears and Janet Jackson that had received more than 11,000 likes.

According to many, Timberlake owed Spears an apology for the way he handled her during their breakup.

The New York Times’ Emmy-nominated documentary, Framing Britney Spears, was released in 2021 during the conservatorship lawsuit for Spears.

The film explored the musician’s past and the circumstances that gave rise to the legal dispute over her estate.

One of the main subjects of discussion was her relationship with NSYNC’s lead singer. Spears was suspected of cheating after Timberlake and Spears split up, even though there was never any proof.

The pop musician, however, didn’t give a damn and pushed the story with his music video for “Cry Me a River,” in which he used a model who remarkably resembled Spears. After the song became popular, Timberlake established himself as a legitimate solo performer with a long and successful career.

Super Bowl incident involving Janet Jackson and Justin Timberlake

While some internet users pointed out that Spears was addressed in the TikTok video, others named Jackson, another woman they felt Timberlake should have apologized to.

Jackson and Timberlake performed the Super Bowl halftime show in 2004. Jackson’s breast was made visible when Timberlake tore a piece of her clothing off during their performance.

This was a planned part of the show, but instead of just pulling off a portion of her top, he exposed her full breast, severely harming her career.

Jackson was being chastised at the time for an error that wasn’t her fault. She was thus placed on an industry blacklist, but Timberlake barely faced any criticism.

His career remained unharmed since he immediately blamed the incident on Jackson.

Justin Timberlake told E at the moment! “Of course, even though the man stripped her, the lady gets the blame. pathetically standard Although Timberlake has already expressed regret to both ladies, it appears that internet users do not want him to forget his past actions.
