He committed to Florida in 2019 as a backup quarterback to James Blackman. He was spotted taking part in the Elite 11 quarterback competition. He departed Florida in December 2019 when the coach was replaced. He inked a contract with the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets on December 18, 2019.
