Among the films in which he has appeared are Escape from Polygamy, Hunter, Slider, and Lily & Kat. In February 2014, Jack was cast as a regular on the ABC courtroom drama How to Get Away with Murder, starring Aja Naomi, Alfred Enoch, Karla Souza, and Matt McGorry.

His other well-known television production is the PBS historical drama Mercy Street, which premiered in January 2016.
