Is Quavo Arrested, What Did He Do And Where Is He Now

Rapper, record producer, and businessman Quavious Keyate Marshall are better known by his stage name, Quavo.

He first gained notoriety as a member of the groundbreaking hip-hop group Migos. He is the uncle of the late Takeoff and the cousin of Offset.

Quavo’s first album outside of Migos, titled Quavo Huncho, debuted at #2 on the Billboard 200 upon its release in 2018.

The rapper has also been featured on multiple number-one songs, such as “Congratulations” by Post Malone and “No Brainer” and “I’m the One” by DJ Khaled.

What Happened to Quavo?

There has been no arrest of Quavo. Neither TMZ nor any other tabloid focused on Hollywood stars has reported on this.

But he and the other members of Migos have a criminal record. The concert at Georgia Southern University was cut short on April 18, 2015, and the three members and numerous members of their entourage were detained.

A pistol, marijuana, and an unnamed narcotic were all found in his possession. He was arrested and then released after posting a bond.

After that, he admitted guilty to marijuana possession charges and received a year in prison. However, because of the payment of fines, the sentence was put on hold.

Members of Migos In 2015, authorities picked up Quavo and Offset on various charges. According to (Hip Hop 24*7),
All three members were questioned by police, but only Quavo and Offset were ultimately detained on allegations of drug possession and carrying a loaded handgun near a school.

When did Quavo disappear?

After the tragic loss of his nephew and fellow Migos member, Takeoff, in November, Quavo is making an effort to get back to normal life. He and his relatives have been pressing officials for an explanation.

Quavo was a first-hand witness to Takeoff’s murder on November 1, 2022. The incident occurred in the early hours of that day.

Quavo, Takeoff, and around 39 other people were hanging out in front of a Houston, Texas bowling alley. A fight broke out after the end of the private party, and shots were fired.

Quavo was allegedly unharmed, although he passed out and had to be transported to a waiting automobile. Takeoff was shot in the head and the chest and his death was ruled an instantaneous result.

Quavo, wearing an orange shirt, could be heard shouting for assistance in the circulating video footage.

Quavo’s 24-year-old business partner Joshua Washington and a woman in her twenties also were hurt in the altercation. To yet, no arrests have been made.

Relationships and Family History of Quavo

Quavious Keyate Marshall, sometimes known as Quavo, was born to Edna Marshall and an unidentified father in Athens, Georgia. He is 32 years old and was born on April 2, 1991.

Quavo, Takeoff, and Offset, the three members of Migos, all grew up in Gwinnett County, a suburb about 30 minutes northeast of Atlanta.

His three brothers and himself were nurtured as a unit by their mother and other family members, such as their grandmother, Mama Huncho.

Quavo went to Berkmar High School and was the starting quarterback for the football team there in 2009. Although he finished his senior year of football, he left school before graduating.

After his breakup with Karrueche Tran in September 2018, Quavo began dating Saweetie.

Saweetie announced on social media in March 2021, however, that she and Quavo had broken up. Quavo’s infidelity was another topic she brought up.

A video film of them getting into a physical argument in 2020 appeared online later that month.
