Ryan Reynolds

In a humorous explanation video, Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman hinted at the Deadpool 3 storyline and Wolverine’s action scene.

Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman released another video where they were seated together and talked about what audiences can anticipate from their future movie after making the huge reveal that Wolverine will be making a comeback in Deadpool 3. The funny film also served as their official “explainer” for Wolverine’s resurrection after he died in Logan.

Ryan Reynolds captioned the video he posted on Instagram with the phrase “short explanatory video.” The actor begins the video by discussing Jackman’s Wolverine dying in the movie “Logan,” saying, “The year 2029 is used in Logan. Completely unrelated.

Logan passed away in Logan, unconnected to that.” The audio fades out as Wake Me Up Before You Go-Go is playing in the background and Reynolds teases, “What truly occurs in our film is these two f*****g dudes…” while the two actors mime various storylines.

Following a thank-you from Jackman and Reynolds to the MCU and Marvel Studios CEO Kevin Feige, a series of images of the two from over the years show in a montage with the last image of them with Deadpool 3 director Shaun Levy.

While the news of Hugh Jackman’s return to the Wolverine role sent fans into a frenzy, there are still several pressing questions that internet users want to know the answers to, such as how Deadpool and Wolverine will be introduced in the MCU and whether there will be a connection between the multiverse and the X-Men universe.

Given that the release of Deadpool 3 has been set for 2024, there will likely be a long wait for these answers.
