Homer Laffoon Files For A Possession Of His Mother’s

Homer Laffoon

The paperwork to take over Anne Heche’s fortune has been filed by her son, Homer Laffoon. Given that Anne did not write a will before passing away earlier this month, Laffoon has asked for custody of his mother’s belongings.

People got the following paperwork:

“The Estate has two intestate heirs: Homer Heche Laffoon and Atlas Heche Tupper. The potential Administrator, Homer Heche Laffoon, is an adult. A bit player is Atlas Heche Tupper.

The right to waive bail on behalf of the minor is expressly demanded in a Case for Appointment of Guardian and Litem for the Child filed concurrently with this petition.

Homer Laffoon was born on March 2, 2002, and is now 20 years old. He is primarily recognized as the son of Coley Laffoon and Anne Heche.

According to rumors, Homer attended Campbell Hall School during his senior year of high school. He is currently pursuing his study at a university. His half-brother Atlas Heche Tupper is one of his siblings. In spite of his fame, he rarely talks about his personal life. For the time being, it is evident that he chose not to pursue an acting profession like his mother did. He revealed to People when his mum passed away:

“My brother Atlas and I would like to thank Tyler, Noelle, and the entire staff at Hollywood Forever for your generosity of spirit, kindness, and thoughtfulness. We are confident that our mother will enjoy the setting we have chosen for her; it is magnificent and serene, and she will be surrounded by other celebrities from Hollywood.

Homer continued by stating that visitors visit Hollywood Forever to see movies, attend concerts, and participate in other activities. She was his mother, he said, but the kindness and outpouring of affection over the preceding few days served as a constant reminder to them that she now belonged to her fans and the entertainment industry for the rest of her days.

What caused Anne Heche’s death?

Three cars crashed on August 5, 2022, in Mar Vista, Los Angeles, and Anne Heche was one of the victims. When Heche’s car hit a house, it pierced the wall and imprisoned her 30 feet inside, causing terrible injuries.

Heche was saved by 59 firefighters in around 65 minutes. Heche appeared to be drunk at the time of the collision, according to the police. Her system included fentanyl, cocaine, and other drugs, according to blood tests. After that, Anne was taken to the hospital, and three days later, her agent confirmed that she was unconscious.

Heche’s representative stated on August 11 that she may not survive as a result of anoxic brain damage and that she was kept on life support to determine whether her organs may be donated.

After it was determined that she was brain dead, organ donors were found on August 14 so that the donation process could get started straight immediately.

Later, her publicist disclosed that she had been taken off of life support, and that inhalation and thermal injuries, in addition to a sterna fracture brought on by physical trauma, were the cause of her death, labeling it an accident.

I Know What You Did Last Summer, Wag the Dog, If These Walls Could Talk 2, Cedar Rapids, Catfight, My Friend Dahmer, and other movies feature Anne in well-known roles. She appeared in the 29th season of Dancing with the Stars as well as shows like Men in Trees and Hung.
