On March 17, 2023, Hulu will release the video titled Boston Strangler. The film was written and produced by Matt Ruskin.

“A true-crime drama about the Boston Strangler murders and the writers Loretta Mclaughlin and Jean Cole who broke the story. As the murderer targets more people, the two pursue the case, putting their own lives in danger to discover the truth.”

According to reports, the Boston Strangler, alias Albert DeSalvo, murdered thirteen women ranging in age from 19 to 85. Fans have been eager to learn more about the heartbreaking case since Hulu released the teaser for the highly anticipated film.

1) The Boston Strangler terrorized the city’s streets from 1962 to 1964

Between June 14, 1962, and January 4, 1964, the cruel serial killer known as the “Boston Strangler” murdered women with zeal. During the Boston serial murders, the murderer, originally from Chelsea, Massachusetts, lived at 11 Florence Street Park in Malden, Massachusetts. After receiving an honorary release from the United States Army, where he worked as a military police officer, the killer went on to murder 13 women.

2) The killer’s victims were all single

The women whose lives were cut short by the cruel killer were all unmarried and ranged in age from 19 to 85. Those who took part included Anna Slesers (55), Mary Sullivan (19), Mary Mullen (85), Joann Graff (23), Nina Nichols (68), Evelyn Corbin (57), Helen Blake (65), Beverly Samans (23), Ida Irga (75), Mary Brown (69), Jane Sullivan (67), Patricia Bissette (23), and Sophie Clark (20).

His first victim was Anna Slesers, whose body was discovered by authorities on June 14, 1962, at 77 Gainsborough Street in Boston. Mary Sullivan, the notorious Boston serial murderer’s final victim, was discovered dead on January 4, 1964, at 44-A Charles Street in Boston.

The majority of the Boston killer’s victims were sexually assaulted and tormented before being murdered, according to DNA evidence. The assassin primarily murdered his victims in their homes by choking them with garments. There were no signs of forced entry found in the victims’ homes, implying that they were all acquainted with the murderer. The murderer’s eldest victim died of a heart attack, according to reports. Two of the victims were brutally hacked to death, while the third was brutally assaulted.

On February 25, 1967, Albert DeSalvo, a Boston resident, was arrested on s*xual assault charges. During his incarceration, he readily admitted to being the infamous Boston Strangler.
