The magician will make a comeback to television with Criss Angel’s Magic with the Stars after taking a break. For the grand finale, which will include two celebrities each week, only the highest scorers will return.

The main character of the show will be Angel, who will help celebrities learn and perfect iconic moves so they may compete for the Golden Wand in the show’s grand finale. For his upcoming episode, Eddie Griffin, a comedian, will join Angel as host.

According to the description of the program:

The three primary types of magic must be mastered by the famous contestants, who must perform them in front of a jury chaired by magician Criss Angel. When competing for the golden wand, only the celebrities with the highest scores are invited back.

On Saturday, October 22, at 8 p.m. ET on The CW, Criss Angel’s Magic with the Stars will make its television debut.

One of the greatest comics of all time is well recognized as Criss Angel’s Magic with the Stars host. He is also renowned for addressing important subjects like African-American culture, politics, and sexuality in his comic performances.

The actress, comedian, and dancer were selected three times in a row as class clowns in high school. Before moving to Compton to live with his cousins, Griffin, at 16 years old, established his own dancing studio in Kansas. Soon after returning home, he enlisted in the US Navy but was eventually discharged due to drug addiction issues.

With Brain Donors and Coneheads in the early 1990s, the Malcolm and Eddie star launched both his comedic and acting careers. He was followed by Duece Bigalow: Male Gigolo in the comedy Armageddon.

After that, he continued to make appearances in movies and TV shows like Double Take, The New Guy, Pinnochio, The Boondocks, Woke, and many others. His $4 million net worth is mostly due to his comedy and acting abilities.

Criss Angel’s Magic with the Stars host got married for the first time at the age of 16, and they had a daughter together. He wed Rochelle, his second wife, in 2002, and Nia Rivers, his third wife, in 2011. In 2017, Griffin wed Ko Lee Griffin for the fourth time. The couple welcomed a boy into their family in 2020.

Criss Angel’s Magic with the Stars will be divided into ten one-hour episodes. Two celebrities will practice and demonstrate three different types of magic in each episode in front of a panel of judges that includes magician Lance Burton, Loni Love, and Criss Angel.

Criss Angel’s Magic with the Stars will include appearances by Brec Bassinger, Michael Ian Black, Corbin Bleu, Ginuwine, Miles Brown, Matt Walsh, and Frankie Muniz, among others.

The show will also feature Johnny Weir and Tara Lipinski from the Olympic figure skating team, along with Cynthia Bailey, Maksim Chmerkovskiy, Flavor Flav, Debbie Gibson, Ginuwine, Omarion, Donny Osmond, Jeff Timmons, Randy Couture, Frank Mir, Vernon Davis, and Lolo Jones.
