DJ Mighty

DJ Mighty Mouse, who went by the name Matthew Ward, passed away on October 20 at the age of 48. His record company, Defected Records, released the news and said the following:

We are devastated to report that Mighty Mouse’s alter ego, Matthew Ward, passed away suddenly last Thursday at his home in Spain. Matthew passed away in his sleep from an aortic aneurysm. Without his great presence and talent, we would be lost.

Our thoughts are with his fiancée Ellen, his mother Judy, and all of his loved ones, including his numerous friends and admirers. Please respect the family’s request for privacy during this trying time. Please contact his agency with any questions or condolences.

There was an aortic aneurysm in DJ Mighty Mouse

DJ Mighty Mouse experienced an aortic aneurysm, according to Defected Records, which ultimately caused his death. He was at home when he passed away, according to the statement, therefore he was not hospitalized.

Aortic aneurysms occur when a bulge forms in the wall of a significant blood vessel that carries blood from the heart to the body. Abdominal and thoracic aortic aneurysms are two different forms of aortic aneurysms. The first occurs in the part of the aorta that passes through the abdomen, whereas the second takes place in the part of the aorta that passes through the chest cavity.

A tear in the inner layer of the aorta wall is more likely to form as a result of the sickness. By keeping an eye on your blood pressure, and cholesterol, and stopping smoking, you can reduce your risk of developing this condition. Since DJ Mighty Mouse’s medical records are currently missing, it is unclear how long he has suffered from this condition.

DJ Mighty Mouse is identified as a musician on Instagram. His biography states that he produced records and performed on them. Matthew frequently made appearances on the dance program on BBC Radio 1 and collaborated with well-known DJs including Groove Armada, Pete Tong, Craig Charles, Andrew Weatherall, and others. He was also scheduled to perform at a Halloween party in Newcastle on October 29.

DJ Mighty had 8,246 Instagram followers, and most of his posts featured memories from performances he had previously given. He posted a video of his brand-new song two days before passing away and wrote:

I just released a new remix (on all Platforms). There is a lot of wonderful support, and it is highly received inside the club. The stunning @ridney and @inayaday designed it.
