Rod Taylor meets many people who admired the actor. His charming on-screen persona and presence captivated countless viewers.
Sadly, the actor is no longer with us, but his daughter, who also adorns the screens like her father, and his work continue to carry on his legacy.
Meet the Daughter of Rod Taylor
Felicia Taylor is the only daughter Rod has ever had. Given that she resembles her father on TV, you may recognize her name.
Not quite like her father, that is. As it turned out, both the father and the daughter enjoyed acting for the camera, though in different ways. Rod was a well-known actor, whilst Felicia works as a CNN News anchor and correspondent.
They also share a number of things in common. Rod and his daughter are both high achievers who have received numerous nominations and prizes in their specialized industries.
Felicia has covered a lot of well-known news events over her career, but it isn’t the whole of her knowledge.
Additionally, she serves on the boards of advisors for the Gabrielle’s Angel Foundation and the Brooklyn Museum. She is also a member of the Hope for Depression Research Fund’s advisory group.
Additionally, by serving as the Taylor Foundation’s president, and the family’s charity foundation, she has preserved the family name. Her father entrusted her with the foundation.
Rod and Felicia were close friends. Up to the moment, he passed away, she was there at his side.
At the age of 84, Rod passed away on January 7, 2015, surrounded by his loved ones. However, the cause of his passing has not been made public.
Speaking fondly about her father and his love of the arts, Felicia told CNN,
“Dad cherished what he did. He considered acting to be a noble art form and something he couldn’t live without.”
But the same acting fervor that cemented his name also served to keep him apart from his family.
“For the past two years, we haven’t been able to see one another. Daddy has been at work, “Felicia, who was barely 11 years old, made a statement.
When asked if she wanted to be an actor when she grew up, Rod’s daughter said no.
“I want to work in medicine. Because I want to help those who are ill, “instead, she stated.
Though fate had other plans for her, she is still able to serve others because of her several charitable institutions.
Despite his numerous marriages, Felicia was Rod’s lone child at the time of her birth. Rod and his second wife had a child together.

Who Were the Wives of Rod Taylor?
In 1951, Rod married Peggy Williams for the first time. However, their 1954 separation came after a brief marriage.
He wed Felicia’s mother, model Mary Hilem, in 1963. But none of them succeeded, as the pair broke up in 1969. Later, Felicia was adopted by Arthur Rubloff, who later wedded Mary.
In 1980, Rod, at last, met the love of his life. He wed Carol Kikumura, and the two of them were together until the very end. They genuinely dated in the 1960s before splitting up and reuniting.
“He is very sincere and hilarious. Rod is everything a woman looks for in a man: all the soft, squishy things. He can recall dates and anything else. The usual Hollywood actor is not Rod, “Carol spoke of her husband.
Rod was a pleasant individual, and his admirers continue to remember him for his outstanding acting.
