Following a protracted investigation into the allegations, he was arrested for alleged rape in 2020.

The first trial ended in a mistrial, but in the second trial, prosecutors could present additional evidence, such as allegations that Masterson used narcotics to control his victims and the involvement of Scientology.

Between 2001 and 2003, Masterson allegedly incapacitated and sexually assaulted three women at his California residence.

Several women, including a fourth woman in the early 2000s, came forward with sexual assault allegations against Danny Masterson after an investigation by the LAPD’s Robbery Homicide Division.

Masterson was consequently withdrawn from “The Ranch” on Netflix and dropped by United Talent Agency.

Masterson responded by denying the allegations and stating that he intended to prosecute his ex-girlfriend and others involved for the harm they had caused to him and his family.

He was optimistic about his eventual dismissal and the opportunity to reveal the truth.

Danny Masterson, who was apprehended in 2020, was found guilty of two counts of rape. Masterson is now facing a potential sentence of 30 years to life for alleged assaults committed between 2001 and 2003.

A Los Angeles Superior Court jury found Danny Masterson guilty of two counts of rape following the retrial.

The jury deliberated for over seven days, resulting in a deadlock on the third count of rape, with 8 jurors voting for conviction and 4 jurors voting for acquittal.

Reports indicate that Masterson exhibited little reaction to the verdict, whereas his family members, including his wife Bijou Phillips, were visibly emotional.

During the court session, the jury found Danny Masterson guilty of “forceable rape” allegations against Jen B and N. Trout, two of the Jane Does.

On the third tally, however, there was a tie, with eight jurors voting guilty and four voting not guilty.

In Masterson’s prior trial, the jury was unable to concur on any charges.

Masterson remained emotionless as the verdicts were read, whereas his wife, Bijou Phillips, could be heard sobbing audibly in the courtroom.

Other family members and members of Masterson’s legal team were also visibly moved. Masterson was taken away, leaving his family members and supporters in the courtroom in disbelief.

After deliberating for two weeks, a Los Angeles jury rendered a partial verdict regarding the actor from That ’70s Show.

Similar to the previous trial, all three Jane Does who were fundamental to the charges testified.
