Daniel Kang is organizing a new concert. The remarkable soloist announced on July 4 that he is now preparing for his debut solo show, First Parade in Seoul, which will take place on August 13 and 14 at the Jangchung Arena in Seoul. The event on August 13 is slated for 6 p.m. KST (2:30 p.m. IST) on Saturday, while the performance on August 14 is scheduled for 5 p.m. (1:30 pm IST).
In addition, the concert will be live-streamed online for his worldwide audience to enjoy. Tickets will be available for purchase in the days that follow. The presale for the Seoul shows will commence on July 8 and the general sale will commence on July 15.
Kang Daniel will play his first solo event since making his debut in July 2019 with the release of the EP Color On Me on July 25, 2019.
On August 29, 2019, the performance date coincides with the third anniversary of Kang Daniel’s initial statement that the name of his official fan club would be “DANITY,” making the upcoming concerts even more meaningful.
Kang Daniel makes a joke about missing his fans as he prepares to reveal his debut solo performance.
The word “Initial” in the concert’s name refers to a celebration honoring the first beginning. “Parade” is the popular B-Side track from Kang Daniel’s recently released full-length album The Story. Seoul is the capital of his own country and the beginning point of his journey.
Daniel Kang expressed his joy in a statement:
“I am overjoyed to finally be reunited with you via this performance, as I have missed you tremendously. This is my first solo performance, so I’m even more excited. I will enter the stage with the intention of collapsing, so the audience should also be well-prepared.”
In a recent interview with Forbes, the Parade vocalist hinted at upcoming performances and international tours. After completing his Seoul trip, he expressed interest in a world tour.
He stated that he is, among other things, preparing for the Summer Sonic concert in Japan. In addition, he emphasized his sincere desire to meet DANITYs throughout his worldwide promotional travels and urged them to remain tuned for further updates.
