The well-known actress Gwyneth Powell passed away on September 8 at the age of 76. According to her agent Matthew Lacey, Powell passed away as a result of complications following surgery to repair a perforated colon.

The actor, who was well-known for her parts in the BBC sitcom Grange Hill, reportedly passed away peacefully with her husband and niece by her side. Her funeral’s specifics will soon be made public.
