Are Nessa Barrett And musician Ruel Vincent Van Dijk Collaborating?

Nessa Barrett

Nessa Barrett secured a record deal with Warner Bros. after posting singing videos on TikTok. She then launched her debut single, “Pain,” which had over 360K Spotify streams on its first day.

She then collaborated with Jaden Hossler on the songs “if u love me” and “la death die.” Following their cooperation, Barrett and Hossler fell in love and abandoned their respective relationships with Josh Richards and Mads Lewis to be together.

Many believed they had cheated on their now-ex-partners to be together, but none is certain of this.

At the time, there was a lot of turmoil, but Barrett persisted in concentrating on her music career. Young Forever, her debut studio album, is due out in 2022. Her debut track, “die first,” which was dedicated to her deceased buddy Cooper Noriega, has already been made public.

There are currently rumors that Barrett will work with British-Australian singer Ruel Vincent Van Dijk, better known by his stage name Ruel.

On Instagram, Nessa Barrett follows Ruel Van Dijk

According to a July 18 Hollywire article, the singer’s keen Instagram followers observed that she had started following Ruel. Ruel, though, has not returned the favor.

Fans shared their mixed feelings about the outlet’s TikTok video in the comments area.

There are rumors that she will approach the British-Australian artist about working musically or that they may already have. However, other fans are speculating that the two may potentially be dating and shipping the pair.

One commenter commented,

“He [Ruel] has a girlfriend, what about her and Josh?” while another pondered the subject.

Another person responded, pointing out that everyone was being overly dramatic and that it was simply a follow.

There were rumors that Ruel was seeing Mary Argy. As the musician is discreet about his personal life, it is challenging to confirm this.

His Instagram feed can’t be quickly scrolled through to get any information. They might already have split up for all we know.

Just who is Ruel Van Dijk?

For those who don’t know, Ruel is a singer-songwriter who finds inspiration in gospel and modern R&B.

The vocalist has always been completely devoted to music. At the age of eight or nine, he began uploading covers to YouTube.

And by the time he was 14 years old, he had signed an international contract with RCA to write and create music.

Don’t Tell Me, the first track from the June 2018 EP Ready, gave Ruel his first gold ARIA certification and chart-topping single in 2017.

The EP featured the platinum-selling Australian songs “Dazed & Confused” and “Younger.” ARIA for Breakthrough Artist — Release was won by the earlier song that year.
His most recent hit, “Let The Grass Grow,” is a somber pop ballad in which the musician expresses his worries about climate change and global warming.

Reul revealed he was contemplating things that kept him awake at night while writing this song during a press conference.

We tried to make the song about a person because it was difficult to express the terrifying truth that the earth is moving in the wrong direction in song form. The message of the song, according to the singer, is to simply let things happen and not try to control nature.

On YouTube, “Let The Grass Grow” is available for listening to.
