Between the two, there is no apparent relationship. However, they both look similar and are actresses. People continue to question if Deneuve was Walsh when she was younger despite the two being nearly 24 years difference in age.

Even the show had to crack a joke about how similar they looked. In the second season of the show, episode 20, the husband of a patient compares Walsh’s Dr. Montgomery to Deneuve.
Walsh has even been likened by some to the actress’s long-lost child in France. Others couldn’t help but conjure up the possibility that the two actresses are one and the same, as well as vampires. The similarities surprise most people. However, some people don’t like it.
Walsh on the Similarity of Deneuve
The 53-year-old has noted a similarity between them for herself. In June 2017, Walsh started tweeting images of the women she was crushing on with the hashtag #WCW. It was Deneuve who carried it out. In the comments section of the tweet, viewers couldn’t help but notice the similarities between them. Many fans referred to them as the Grey’s Anatomy episode, but some called them twins.
In recognition of Women’s History Month in March 2019, Catherine Deneuve Walsh commended Deneuve. She posted a picture of Deneuve on Instagram along with a description of the actress. She acknowledged her affection for the French actress, referring to her as her “woman crush.”

There might be more than simply a facial similarity between the two actresses. Both of them have experience as models. Prior to becoming an actor, Walsh worked as a model in Japan during the 1980s. In the late 1970s, Deneuve starred in two Playboy picture shootings and served as the face of Chanel No. 5. Among other products, she has served as the spokesperson for L’Oréal Paris and Louis Vuitton bags.
Perfumes, fashion, and beauty seem to captivate both actresses. Deneuve, who gave herself the name Deneuve for the scent, debuted it in 1986. In 2010, Walsh started the cosmetics and leisure business Boyfriend LLC. Her debut product was a perfume called Boyfriend.
They both work in social services and nonprofit organizations. Deneuve served as the UNESCO Goodwill Ambassador from 1994 to 2003. She has volunteered for organizations like Children Action, Children of Africa, Reporters Without Borders, and AIDS and Cancer Research.
Walsh has served as the Narcolepsy Network’s spokeswoman since 2007 in an effort to increase public understanding of the condition. She also speaks out strongly in favor of adopting pets. Additionally, the actress collaborated with the ocean advocacy and conservation group Oceana in 2009 to advance the preservation of sea turtles.
