Alexis was born on the 9th of August in the year 1991 in Columbus, Ohio. She was raised by mother, Angela Kaufman, and father, Bob Kaufman. Although she goes by Alexis Bliss her actual name is Alexis Kaufman. She comes from a white ethnic background and holds an American nationality.
Bliss has always been interested in physical sports during her early life as she has competed in softball, track, kickboxing, and gymnastics. In addition, she has also competed in the Arnold Classic.
